The Harrison Property Consultancy, a property management and business consultancy service, was set up at the same time as Sitecroft Limited when Harry Harrison left McCarthy & Stone plc. His consultancy clients, have included TSB, Alliance and Leicester and the National Home Loans Corporation McCarthy and Stone plc, Amiri, Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, Merryhill Envitotec ltd, Amberwell Estates ltd.

The Consultancy has a wide range of experience in all aspects of property development and ongoing Estate Management including residential, commercial and mixed use schemes, retirement housing, care homes, overseas property and time share schemes.

The Consultancy has been involved in the provision of advice as well as management and marketing of overseas property in Spain and France.

Following several years of Consultancy service to Churchill Retirement Living Harry Harrison was appointed a Non Executive Director for Churchill Retirement Living Limited with special responsibility for management development and training, strategic planning and problem solving working closely with the Main and Operational Board Directors. Since involvement with this company it has been recognised in the Times Best 10 companies to work for, on 3 separate occasions.
